2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

uh777's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with this Agreement and your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your uh777 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uh777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server issues, or third-party network failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. uh777 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

uh777's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at uh777.club/privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact uh777's support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. uh777 commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts in any action arising under or related to this Agreement.

uh777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
